Hi, my name is Rasmus, 36 years old and I live in Denmark with my family. In January 2008 I read the book The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss and got inspired.
I was in the IT business and saw that some of the stuff Tim wrote about in his book, was clearly possible. And while I will never be as hardcore as Tim is, there were certainly ideas in the book that I could see myself using.
This blog is all about my experiments with Living The Four Hour Work Week – although my weeks are currently longer 
Businesses
I am owner of the company Infospray Consulting where I currently work for 3-4 months each year doing IT consultacy services on the .NET/Sharepoint and Ruby on Rails platforms.
Besides this I have a couple of lifestyle businesses doing Magento webshops for the Danish market, and one doing linkbuilding also for the Danish market.
There are also a lot of other small sites/muses in my portfolio I will talk more about those and how they develop on the blog.
Passions
I am really passionate about teaching and coaching other people, and helping them grow. This is something I have done a little the last couple of years, but expect that I will do even more in the near future.
Besides the one on one coaching sessions I also do workshops in the “4-Hour Workweek” (DEAL) model that Timothy Ferriss outlines in his book.
Family
I live with my loving girlfriend Natascha, our wonderful little princess Cecilie and our baby boy Oliver.
Thailand
In the summer of 2010 we bought a second home (a house) in Hua Hin, Thailand. Hua Hin is 2.5 hour drive south of Bangkok and is really a fantastic place.
My family and I try to spend a couple of months there each year. The great thing about doing business online is that you can follow up on this pretty much anywhere on the planet where you can find an internet connection.

A funny side story is that our little princess actually was born on the King of Thailand’s birthday (5′th of December 2009). Apparently this should mean luck so we are truely blessed
